• Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree in a relevant field is strongly preferred • 7+ years of professional work experience following graduate school, with a proven track record of exceptional achievement and measurable impact • Proven experience as a Project Lead in AI Transformation initiatives, with a strong understanding of AI-driven business solutions and their implementation • Demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams, with significant experience in framing, designing, and executing solutions for complex and challenging business problems • Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a collaborative approach and excellent listening skills; proven capability to manage project scope and ensure high-quality deliverables • Recognized thought leader in their industry, with a history of producing, syndicating, and publishing impactful and marketable knowledge • Exceptional intellectual and analytical curiosity, combined with a creative and visionary mindset to drive innovation • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and Korean
