국내 LNG 및 Clean Fuel 인프라 엔지니어링 회사로 다양한 해외 LNG 터미널, FSRU Conversion 프로젝트에 Cost Estimate을 담당해주실 분을 채용중입니다.

- Prepare cost estimates for all project phases, including FEED, EPC, and conversion scopes. - Review engineering drawings, specifications, and design changes to identify cost impacts. - Develop quantity take-offs (QTO) and maintain cost databases aligned with project standards. - Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to validate cost inputs. - Evaluate contractor proposals and prepare cost comparison and justification reports. - Track cost trends, update budget forecasts, and support management decision-making. - Prepare and present cost estimate deliverables, ensuring traceability and compliance with client requirements

- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in civil/architectural cost estimating for onshore or offshore/FSRU projects. - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry cost norms. - Hands-on experience with quantity take-offs and cost estimation software/tools. - Familiarity with FEED, EPC, and conversion project workflows and deliverables. - Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and contractor proposals. - Experience in preparing cost reports, comparison sheets, and justification documents for management or clients. - Strong communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams. - Experience reviewing contracts, change orders, and procurement documents for cost impact and alignment with budget. - Familiarity with project management systems, cost control methodologies, and reporting standards. - Prior exposure to multi-disciplinary engineering and construction projects with responsibility for accurate cost documentation and traceability.
