We seek for a Business Manager on a full-time basis in Seoul.
Saccade Korea’s Business Manager supports and assists the Head of Operations in actively leading, managing and owning day to day activities to run our offices and to grow our business.
They will support the functions of the Saccade team globally.

Key responsibilities will include:
• Ensuring the smooth operation of our offices in Seoul, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Dubai
• Assisting in implementing and monitoring business policies, governance and reporting processes
• Managing on specific and varied system and process enhancement projects
• Putting in place consistent process for Management Information reporting to various stakeholders
• Supporting the entire payroll process ensuring payroll-related processes are followed accurately and compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies
• Ensuring statutory compliance for HR regulations including retirement plans, payroll, and labor law for each entity
• Supporting general administrative duties including managing office facilities, managing office supplies, and communicating with external vendors

• Outstanding written and spoken English
• 2-5 years in a similar role with office admin and HR environment
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Proficient using generative AI
• Able to write policies, implement them and monitor compliance
• Oversee operations within our office spaces to ensure a comfortable and productive environment for our team and guests
• Able to learn the requirements for different jurisdictions
• Support the implementation of new business strategies
