Lead and manage after-sales service operations across the APAC region Develop and implement regional after-sales strategies aligned with global objectives Collaborate closely with global headquarters, regional leadership, and local service teams Ensure high standards of service quality, technical support, and customer satisfaction Support the optimization of service processes, spare parts management, and technical support systems Build strong relationships with key clients and support long-term service partnerships

Extensive experience in after-sales service, service operations, or technical service management within industrial equipment or engineering sectors Proven experience managing regional or multi-country service operations Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills in a global matrix organization Ability to collaborate effectively with global headquarters and cross-functional teams Business-level English communication skills

Prior experience working with O&M service organizations or global equipment manufacturers Strong understanding of service operations, maintenance strategies, and lifecycle management Experience managing regional service teams or multi-country operations in APAC Ability to work effectively in a global and cross-cultural environment Experience in building and optimizing after-sales service structures Familiarity with service contracts, spare parts management, and field service operations
