- Business Growth: Be responsible for driving sustainable growth for the BU portfolio and shaping the strategy to maximize patient impact - Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the BU's long-term plans and annual operating plans - P&L Management: P&L responsibility for the business unit, including forecasting / budgeting / financial analysis - Leadership: Lead and develop high-performing teams of Sales and Marketing team

- 학사 이상 (MBA plus) - Leadership: BU Manager, Franchise Manager, Marketing Manager experiences of pharmaceutical industry (must) - Proven track records of commercial marketing and sales for Specialty products (Oncology/Rare Diseases) (preferred) - Customer/Patient-oriented mindset with strong relationship building skills. - Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen
