Platform Side • Support the onboarding of new MCM customers (commerce platforms), coordinating across internal teams to ensure a smooth and effective launch. • Manage a portfolio of Korean customers, monitoring campaign performance, identifying growth opportunities, and proactively surfacing recommendations. • Handle day-to-day customer operations, troubleshooting issues, responding to inquiries, and maintaining a high standard of service. • Build and contribute to internal enablement materials such as onboarding guides, playbooks, and scalable workflows that improve team efficiency. • Assist in customer training sessions and performance reviews, collaborating with senior team members on strategic decisions and C-level presentations. • Analyze campaign data to generate insights and support customers in optimizing their ad spend and business outcomes. Advertiser & Agency Side • Proactively identify and engage potential advertisers and agencies, introducing Commerce Media capabilities and driving platform adoption. • Own end-to-end campaign execution for advertisers and agencies; including onboarding, campaign setup, performance monitoring, and optimization to ensure successful.

• 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, eCommerce, ad tech, or customer-facing roles; Commerce Media or mobile internet industry experience is preferred. • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with data, drawing insights, and translating numbers into clear recommendations. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusted, lasting relationships with customers. • Structured problem-solving approach with the creativity to find solutions in ambiguous situations. • Collaborative working style with the ability to navigate multiple internal and external stakeholders. • Familiarity with ML-based advertising or programmatic platforms is a plus. • High ownership mentality and genuine passion for customer success and continuous learning. • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, global company environment. • Fluency in both Korean and English is required; proficiency in additional Asian languages is a plus.
