- Lead and manage PMS/PASS projects, from protocol outline through to study reporting - Ensure strict compliance with the company's policies, ICH-GCP and Korean regulations - Manage project budgets and maintain comprehensive documentation in TMF and clinical trial management systems - Maintain timely communication with Korean Health Authorities and IRB/Ethics Committees - Communication with vendor relationships and CRO activities

- Bachelor's degree or above (Pharmacy, Nurse, Life Science-related) - Min 3-years in PMS (Post Marketing Surveillance) of pharmaceutical industry (MNC Preferred) - 총경력 5-10년 제약/CRO 경험자. Project Lead 경험 (우대) - Excellent cross-functional communication skills with internal teams, external CROs, - Good business English (written & spoken)
