The Role: Engineer, Field Services Entegris is seeking a Field Service Engineer, material solutions division who will have tremendous visibility within the company, leading efforts to solve our customers’ most challenging problems and sell customer service. The Field Service Engineer will be assisting with liquid, solid, and gas equipment commissioning, troubleshooting, liquid / gas / solid canister changes, data collection, and facilitating prompt return of empty cylinders and canisters. Training will be provided to help the candidate increase competency and progress in the company.

• Conduct solid source delivery cabinet (SSDC) or liquid delivery system (LDS) shipment, installation, set-up, troubleshooting, and maintenance for multiple customers • Serve hardware parts replacement and software upgrade services for customer requests and development / improvement plan • Perform ampoule / canister / cylinder replacement work based on SOP. The replacement work includes a leak check and pressure monitoring, etc.. • When handling chemicals, be sure to study and understand the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) • Own customer evaluations to ensure sharp execution so benefits of the results are aligned with customer buying motives and presented in a professional manner • Need to minimize customer complaint through smooth communication and quick response • Communicate without barriers with account teams, supply chain, business units, and R&D teams in case of technical issues and to work efficiently. • Train customers and fellow colleagues on relevant technical knowledge

• 5 ~ 10 years semiconductor field support / service experience is required • Bachelor’s degree in electrical / electronic / mechanical / material / chemical engineering is required • Smooth communication skill is STRONGLY required • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, including the proven ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple activities

• Experience with vacuum valve, pressure gauge, MFC, regulator, fitting, switch, etc.. is a plus • Experience with electrical controls, PLC modules, relays, etc.. is a plus • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project) is a plus • Proficient in written and verbal English is a plus Your success will be measured by: • To be a team player and demonstrate leadership attributes. • Prioritize project/activities and meet the goals. • Demonstration of creativity/innovation. • Collaborative approach to working within a team environment.
