• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Investment Banking Operations, specifically covering trade settlement, confirmations, reconciliation, and regulatory reporting. • Demonstrated proficiency in workflow automation tools and AI-driven solutions, alongside strong IT skills, including advanced MS Office capabilities, to streamline processes and minimize manual intervention. • Exceptional attention to detail combined with a robust sense of control, proactiveness, and self-discipline to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy. • Proven track record of successfully managing and collaborating on projects with diverse internal and external stakeholders. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, characterized by a proactive and solution-oriented approach. • Strong teamwork ethic, actively contributing to collective success through effective collaboration and knowledge sharing. • Fluency in both Korean and English.
