유명글로벌스포츠브랜드_Business Planner POSITION SUMMARY The Business Planner will collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and manage top-line plans with expertise in channel and business units. This role is responsible for proactively managing and measuring the business to ensure sustainable and profitable growth. The ideal candidate will possess (1) an extended understanding of domain industry, (2) general knowledge in different model of businesses, (3) with the ability to interpret and utilize data from multiple sources to drive strategic and rationale decision-makings. JD - Develop and manage top-line business plans aligned with sales, inventory, and profitability targets. - Build long-range and seasonal financial plans based on market trends, consumer insights, and channel performance. - Monitor in-season business performance, identify risks/opportunities, and recommend forecast or inventory adjustments. - Conduct post-season business reviews covering sales, margin, inventory, and key retail KPIs. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Merchandising, and Planning teams to align business objectives and forecasts. - Track promotional activities and market trends to support informed business planning and decision-making. Requirements - 8~10 years of experience in Business Planning, Merchandise Planning, Buying, Allocation, Vendor Sales, or related functions within a multi-store retail environment. - Strong understanding of retail planning, inventory management, and gross margin/profitability analysis. - Experience in sportswear, footwear, fashion, or consumer retail industries preferred. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field. - Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, complex formulas) and strong analytical capabilities. - Experience with planning tools, merchandise systems, or data analytics is a plus. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a cross-functional environment. - Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
