[포지션 소개] Credit Research Analyst is responsible for credit research, investment assessment, and risk monitoring mainly across fixed income. Identify relative value opportunities based on fundamental analysis and manage credit risk in the home market. [담당 업무] 1. Credit Research (Fixed Income) - Analyze financial institutions and corporates; set and manage credit limits - Conduct annual reviews, earnings updates, and credit event analysis - Perform research using financial statements, disclosures, company meetings, and market data - Update and incorporate ESG assessments 2. Alternative Investments - Review and assess private assets, CLOs, real estate, infrastructure, and other alternative deals - Evaluate structure and underlying risks 3. Monitoring & Operations - Monitor invested companies' credit limits and credit quality of portfolios - Maintain research documentation and approval records - Engage with issuers' IR/Finance teams for credit insights

- 4+ years of relevant experience in credit research or finance - Strong financial analysis and modeling skills - Coverage experience across 2–3 sectors - Proficiency in Excel and data handling - Critical thinking and risk assessment capability - Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Experience in asset management, insurance, or securities firms - ESG research or scoring experience
