Responsible for ensuring quality assurance and validation activities for electronic and electrical components during development and production phases. Support new product development by coordinating quality requirements, conducting technical validation activities, managing risk prevention actions, and ensuring customer quality standards are maintained throughout and after mass production.

- Support quality activities for new development projects related to electronic and electrical components. - Coordinate APQP activities and ensure project quality milestones are achieved on time. - Manage quality validation activities including DV/PV testing, reliability testing, and functional verification. - Review technical specifications, drawings, PCB-related documents, and customer requirements. - Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for development and project quality issues. - Support PPAP preparation and customer approval processes. - Cooperate closely with R&D, Production and Purchasing teams. - Monitor project quality risks and implement preventive actions throughout and after mass production.. - Support electronic component quality evaluation and supplier quality activities when required. - Ensure compliance with customer standards, IATF requirements, and internal quality procedures. - Prepare technical and quality reports for internal and external stakeholders.

- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. - Minimum 5~10 years of experience in automotive electronics, project quality, or development quality. - Understanding of automotive electronic components such as sensors, PCB assemblies, ECU-related systems, or thermal management systems. - Experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, and problem-solving methodologies. - Knowledge of electronic testing and validation processes. - Experience in customer quality support and cross-functional project coordination. - Familiarity with automotive quality standards including IATF 16949. - Communication skills in English.

ANY OTHER INFORMATION - Experience in automotive Tier-1 or Tier-2 supplier environment is preferred. - Experience with customer audits and project launches is an advantage. - Understanding of automotive electronic systems including sensors, PCB assemblies, ECU-related components, and electrical interfaces. - Cross-functional collaboration with global teams may be required.
