외국계 화학기업에서 경력 10년 이상, 영어커뮤니케이션 가능한 Finance Operations Lead를 모시고자 합니다.

1. Statutory & Tax • Manage the end-to-end annual statutory audit process and preparation of local financial statements • Ensure accurate and timely filing of direct and indirect tax returns (CIT, VAT/GST, WHT) • Coordinate with external advisors to maintain transfer pricing documentation and compliance 2. Financial Compliance • Ensure adherence to Global Finance Policies and local Delegation of Authority (DOA) • Maintain the Internal Control Framework (ICF) in collaboration with control owners • Lead the annual financial risk assessment and support timely remediation of control gaps 3. Treasury and Banking • Oversee daily liquidity management and provide short- to medium-term cash flow forecasts • Manage local banking relationships and administration of bank portals and signatories • Handle intercompany matching (ICM) and recharges (SIRAF) 4. Balance Sheet Reconciliation • Review high-risk accounts on a monthly basis and approve all reconciliations • Resolve long-standing open items, aged accruals, and clearing account variances • Ensure consistency between sub-ledgers (AP, AR, Fixed Assets) and the General Ledger 5. Lead A2R (Account-to-Report) with India Operations • Manage the month-end closing calendar and ensure timely delivery from India Finance Operations • Review complex journal entries, provisions, and intercompany eliminations prepared by the offshore team • Drive process automation and standardization initiatives within the A2R workflow

• Min 10 ~18 years of experience in Finance within a multinational manufacturing or operationally complex business environment • Strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP • Business level English proficiency • Experience working with an offshore Shared Service Center and managing retained finance activities • High attention to detail with a strong controls-first mindset • Strong stakeholder management and communication skill
