• Conduct quantitative research on equities and equity derivatives across high-frequency and medium-term horizons •Identify, procure, and integrate the data needed for the research at hand •Build simulation and backtesting tools, signal libraries, and research infrastructure alongside experienced researchers and engineers •Develop predictive signals and models – statistical, machine learning, deep learning – appropriate to the problem •Contribute to live trading systems with direct visibility on P&L impact

• Passion for markets, data, and technology • Proficiency in at least one high-performance programming language • Excellent numerical skills, statistics fundamentals, and critical thinking • Strong academic record in a quantitative discipline (mathematics, physics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or related) • Self-motivated, with the ability to debate own and peers’ ideas in a productive and healthy way • Hands-on data analysis experience • Curiosity about market microstructure, electronic trading, or systematic strategies
