• Develop Mastercard offers/services with domestic and offshore merchants for products and promotions • Provide customers service for Mastercard Loyalty Services, etc.

• Integrity, entrepreneurship, accountability, sense of urgency, and cross functional teamwork capability • A proven leader who takes a disciplined approach to deliver financials • Consultative sales skills to support high level interactions with customers • Strong understanding of financials, business plans and business cases • Exemplary verbal and written communications skills in Korean and English • Merchant offer development experience is preferred. • BA degree required
