•Lead sales planning, forecasting, allocation, and inventory management to maximize sales and optimize stock levels. •Develop seasonal sales and assortment plans in collaboration with Retail, Merchandising, and Finance teams. •Monitor demand forecasts, stock performance, and replenishment strategies across stores. •Drive inventory optimization and support omnichannel stock allocation. •Analyze business trends and provide actionable insights to improve performance and processes.

• 5+ years of experience in Planning, Allocation, Merchandising, or Retail Operations. •Strong analytical and forecasting skills with a commercial mindset. •Advanced Excel skills and experience with retail planning tools. •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. •Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
