What You Will Do - Lead on-site engagement and early adoption across APAC accounts (HK, SG, Tokyo, Seoul) - Diagnose client workflows and build the adoption roadmap to execution - Deliver demos, run trainings, craft scalable success stories - Carry Voice-of-Customer back to product and negotiate roadmap priorities - Coordinate QA, beta, and custom requests with engineering and AI research - Support new APAC accounts and regional partnerships

- 3–5 years in a client-facing, analytical, or consulting role (consulting, tier-1 bank/asset manager, enterprise SaaS, fintech ops) - Native-level English; fluent Cantonese or Mandarin (Korean a plus) - Solid finance and capital markets foundation, with curiosity to keep learning - Able to grasp new tech (LLMs, AI agents, APIs, MCP) and explain it clearly to clients - Reports to Co-founder & CEO

Nice to Have - MBB, Big 4 strategy, or tier-1 bank analyst background - Financial data platforms (Bloomberg, Refinitiv, FactSet, S&P Global) - Enterprise SaaS deployment or customer success experience - Working knowledge of Python, SQL, or APIs - CFA, FRM, or comparable credentials - Strong existing APAC network
