[Job Responsibilities] 1. Lead fundamental research on fastener products, carry out improvements to the precision and consistency of threaded fasteners, and lead the team to establish comprehensive technical standards and application specifications for fastener products. 체결구 제품 기초 연구를 주도하고 나사형 체결구의 정밀도 및 일관성 향상 업무를 수행하며 팀을 이끌어 완전한 체결구 제품 기술 표준 및 적용 규범을 수립한다. 2. Responsible for boosting the performance of fastened connections; conduct research on fastener tightening technology, tightening design and process optimization, as well as relevant design standards and specifications, to enhance the team’s capabilities in forward design and verification of threaded joints. 체결 연결 성능 향상을 책임지며 체결구 조임 기술 연구, 조임 설계, 공정 개선 및 관련 설계 표준 규범 업무를 진행하고 팀의 나사 조인트 순방향 설계 및 검증 역량을 제고한다. 3. Assist in resolving critical fastener-related issues of vehicle models. 차종 핵심 체결구 관련 문제 해결을 지원한다.

Job Requirements 1. Extensive experience in fastener product design and quality control, capable of putting forward systematic improvement proposals targeting quality problems. 체결구 제품 설계 및 품질 관리 경험이 풍부하며 품질 문제에 대해 체계적인 개선 의견을 제시할 수 있어야 한다. 2.
