직책내용: 1. Adopt mature overseas operation methodologies to clarify regional profit and loss, build profit growth models, and draw on industry best practices to make up for shortcomings in channels, marketing and other businesses; 성숙한 해외 경영 방법론을 활용해 지역별 손익을 정리하고 수익 개선 모델을 구축하며 업계 우수 실천 사례를 참고해 유통, 마케팅 등 업무의 약점을 보완한다. 2. Construct a lightweight overseas business operation system, unify business standards, and shift overseas business from extensive growth to systematic, controllable and scalable development. 해외 진출 경량화 운영 체계를 구축하고 업무 표준을 통일하여 해외 사업이 방만한 성장 체계에서 체계적이고 통제 가능하며 규모 확장 가능한 발전 방향으로 전환되도록 추진한다.
