- Responsible for secondary packaging material, beer co-product and energy sourcing (mainly for corrugated box, folding carton, films, other consumable packages, yeast, wated paper and energies) sourcing, negotiation, contracting, supplier management and innovation - Implement category and sourcing strategy. - Understand supply and demand market, category supply market & cost structure. - Maintain supplier database and make cost driver analysis - Cooperate with cross functions to support the innovation project; stakeholder management - Have an insight in innovation and new supplier development to deliver savings/cost optimization in total supply chain cost - Supply security management - Collaborate with global and APAC HQ

Education - University Degree or equivalent Critical skills needed for success in this position: - Languages: English & Korean as the working language - 5 years of procurement Sourcing experience. - Project management experience - Analytical skills, excel and PPT - Stakeholder management skills - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills - Self-motivated, proactive, ownership mindset, resilient & agile

- Knowledge and experience in Packaging materials preferred - Knowledge and experience in FMCG company is a plus
