M&A 자문시 가급적 sell/buy side 다 경험해 보신 분을 찾고 있습니다.

• Assist in originating and structuring M&A transactions across Korea and cross-border markets • Structure pitch books and presentation materials to support business development, pipeline generation, and client coverage • Lead deal execution, including valuation, negotiation, and transaction management • Provide execution support for broader strategic transactions, including cross-border corporate M&A and alternative/structured asset solutions • Support developing and maintaining relationships with corporates, financial sponsors, and institutional clients

• 4~10 years of corporate finance or M&A experience within a reputable investment bank, Big 4 financial advisory, or corporate development • Proven track record in deal execution • Strong interest in originating and executing transactions across diverse industries, including general industries and alternative investments • Possess client relationships across corporates and/or private equity funds • Experience in cross-border transactions and collaboration with international teams • Native proficiency in Korean and professional fluency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
