The position holder will define specific markets and create professional sales approaches tailored to these markets, contributing to the overall success of the business unit.

• Customer Management: Manage and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Actively seek and develop new customers to expand our market reach. • Sales Operations: Handle all aspects of sales operations, including preparing quotations, forecasting sales, managing orders, and overseeing lead times to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes. • Customer Proposals: Develop and present compelling customer proposals that align with their needs and support our sales activities. • Sales Performance: Execute sales activities according to the sales plan, striving to meet and exceed performance targets. • Customer Support: Respond promptly and effectively to customer issues and requests, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. • CRM Management: Oversee the management of the customer database, opportunities, and reporting within the CRM system to ensure accurate and actionable insights. • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market overviews and develop targeted sales initiatives for specific markets to drive growth.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, or Computer-related majors. • At least 10 years of B2B in total and 5 years of sales experience in preferred markets. • Proven experience in customer management and business development within preferred markets. • Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of electrical panels, climate controls and IT infrastructure products • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and various sales software. • CRM Management: Experience with CRM systems for managing customer relationships. • Market Knowledge: Understanding of preferred markets to identify opportunities and tailor strategies. • Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. • Language Skills: Proficient in Business English (highly preferred)
