• Responsible for supporting VWFS sales managers and related stakeholders, such as field sales entities (i.e. Finance Advisors), to ensure productivity and operational excellence. • Proactively propose financial campaigns and manage the approval process to boost sales. • Manage solicitors, including contract management, registration process, and activation/deactivation of system access rights.

[Campaign Development] • Commission and incentive development, proposal and approval • Tactical campaign information sharing • Daily, Weekly and Monthly performance report (e.g. Daily performance report, campaign mix, and penetration rate) [Sales Administration] • Financial Advisor/Sales Advisor HR documents (appointment and dismissal documents) • Issue power of attorney for corporate seal • Vendor registration • Calculation and verification (e.g. incentive verification) • Regulatory request follow-up (e.g. Financial consumer protection act, internal audit, etc.) • Handling requests from FSS (e.g. central point of contact) • Sales support budget planning and management (billing and payment) • Other payments (e.g. parking fee for rent-a-car related expense) [Product Configuration] • Vehicle registration in Contract Management System • Quotation (Point Of Sales, Excel) and system generation and system error follow-up • Quotation User Acceptance Test [Solicitor Management] • Contract management of solicitors in compliance with FCPA (finance advisor and sales advisor) • Monitor and update solicitors' status in Credit Finance Association and Retail Finance System. [Operational Excellence] • Identify improvement opportunities and implement processes • Perform UAT for sales-related major updates • Update guidelines according to current practices for responsible tasks

• 2+ years of work experience in Financial Services, National Sales Company, or Dealership or related industry. • Strong knowledge of Automotive field • Expert of MS office

• 5+ years of work experience in Financial Services, National Sales Company, or Dealership is preferred. • Advanced level of English Communication skill is preferred. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
