• Define what the market will be and perform competitor analysis. • Responsible for all aspects of new product release. • Developing and presenting customized IT solutions based on customer requirements and Rittal’s product portfolio. • Providing technical support and guidance for Rittal’s IT products. • Provide technical support on Industrial enclosure and associated thermal management accessories and System Climate Control products to both Rittal employees and Rittal customers. • Collaborating with internal teams such as internal sales, operations to ensure customer satisfaction and project delivery. • Implementing local product strategies in line with global product strategies to strengthen market position. • Co-ordinating with Marketing Communication for promotion of products and services to launch new products successfully. • Put in place a mechanism/system for the timely and effective delivery of product knowledge training.

• A bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical/electronic/mechatronics/computer-related majors • At least 5 years of proven experience in IT solution pre-sales, sales engineer, preferably in Data Center, SI, ICT, and smart factory. • Especially experience in technical support for Data Center construction • Customer suggestions or project management experience related to Data Centers and monitoring systems • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of IT products and solutions • Computer skill: Proficient in using Auto CAD and MS office tools • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory • English skill: Business level

• Industrial field control (SNMP, SCADA, etc.), network, IoT & monitoring work experience (preferred) • IT-related qualifications such as Data Center (CDCP, CDCS) certifications (preferred) • HAVC-related qualifications certification (preferred) • Positive Attitude and Teamwork: Demonstrates a positive attitude and active teamwork. • Soft Skills: Strong cross-functional collaboration, proactive problem-solving mindset, and excellent presentation/negotiation skills.
