Key Responsibilities - Lead and develop the overall Procurement function in Korea in line with Global / Regional standards - Establish and drive Procurement strategy, governance, compliance and process improvement - Lead strategic sourcing across key indirect procurement categories, including retail, marketing, IT, logistics and general expenses - Drive cost optimization, efficiency and value creation through sourcing and purchasing strategies - Manage strategic relationships with key local and global suppliers and ensure supplier compliance and performance - Partner closely with Brand MDs, Function Heads and senior management, providing Procurement insights and recommendations - Lead and develop a small Procurement team and further strengthen the local Procurement function Requirements - 15+ years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing or Purchasing (Experience in Luxury, Fashion, Retail or Consumer Goods industries) - Strong leadership experience across strategic sourcing, procurement governance and supplier management - Proven track record in indirect procurement and cost optimization - Experience working within a global / multinational organization and collaborating with Regional / Global teams - Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills - Business-level English proficiency - Experience managing retail fit-out / renovation and marketing procurement categories Contact Julie E:
