[Job Responsibilities / 주요 업무] 1. Responsible for full‑cycle strategic planning and implementation of complete‑vehicle supply chain, coordinate core global resources including production capacity, suppliers, logistics and warehousing, and resolve cross‑regional collaboration challenges. 완성차 공급망 전주기 전략 기획 및 실행 추진을 담당하며, 글로벌 생산능력, 공급업체, 물류, 창고 등 핵심 자원을 총괄하고 지역 간 협업 난제를 해결합니다. 2. Take the lead in multi‑level & domestic‑overseas collaborative governance of supply chain, conduct research, evaluation and final‑review decision‑making for key matters such as supply chain layout, major cooperation, capacity allocation and emergency deployment. 공급망 계층 간•국내외 협업 거버넌스를 주도하며, 공급망 배치, 대규모 협력, 생산능력 배분, 비상 배치 등 핵심 사항에 대한 검토 및 최종 심사 의사결정을 담당합니다. 3. Establish full‑cycle risk control mechanism for global supply chain, covering risks of geopolitical policies, supply disruption, logistics, production capacity, compliance and cost, and realize closed‑loop management including pre‑judgment, early warning, disposal and review. 지정학 정책, 공급 중단, 물류, 생산능력, 규정 준수, 비용 등 리스크를 포괄하는 글로벌 공급망 전주기 리스크 통제 체계를 구축하고, 사전 예측•조기 경보•처리•복기의 완전한 폐쇄 루프 관리를 실현합니다. 4. Have hands‑on experience in building top‑level systems including supply‑chain project management, process specifications, risk prevention & control and knowledge accumulation from scratch, and implement standardized systems and management tools. 공급망 프로젝트 관리, 프로세스 규범, 리스크 예방 통제, 지식 축적 등 최상위 체계를 0부터 1까지 구축한 실무 경험이 있으며 표준화 제도와 관리 툴을 현장에 적용합니다. 5. Benchmark advanced practices of industry leaders, integrate internal and external resources, continuously iterate supply‑chain operation system and improve the overall competitiveness of global supply chain. 업계 선진 사례를 벤치마킹하고 내외부 자원을 통합하여 공급망 운영 체계를 지속적으로 고도화하며 글로벌 공급망 전반의 경쟁력을 제고합니다. 6. Responsible for special supply‑chain planning, review & summary, industry research and senior‑level reporting, and deliver supply‑chain system reform and implementation of global supporting solutions. 공급망 특별 기획, 복기 정리, 업계 조사 및 고위급 보고 업무를 담당하고, 공급망 체계 개혁 및 글로벌화 지원 방안 실행 업무를 수행합니다.

[Job Qualifications / 자격 요건] 1. Bachelor’s degree or above; majors related to Supply Chain, Vehicle Engineering, Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration are preferred. 학사 이상 학력, 공급망, 차량공학, 물류, 국제무역, 경영관리 등 관련 전공 우대. 2. Over 10 years of working experience in supply‑chain planning, global coordination and project management within complete‑vehicle industry. 완성차 업계에서 공급망 기획, 글로벌 총괄, 프로젝트 관리 경력 10년 이상 보유. 3.Hands‑on experience in building and implementing supply‑chain management system, risk‑control system and knowledge system from scratch; familiar with advanced supply‑chain management modes of auto OEMs; capable of system iteration and process optimization. 공급망 관리 체계, 리스크 통제 체계, 지식 체계를 0부터 1까지 구축•적용한 실무 경험이 있으며, 자동차 기업 선진 공급망 관리 모델에 익숙하고 체계 고도화 및 프로세스 최적화 역량을 갖춰야 합니다. 4. Clear strategic vision, strong logical thinking, outstanding communication, reporting and implementation capabilities. Able to adapt to multi‑region and complex global supply‑chain business scenarios; strong stress resistance, rigorous and compliance‑oriented. 명확한 전략적 시각과 뛰어난 논리력을 갖추고 의사소통•보고•업무 추진 역량이 우수합니다. 다지역•복잡한 글로벌 공급망 업무 환경에 적응 가능하며 스트레스 내성이 강하고 엄격하게 규정을 준수해야 합니다. 5. Experience in global supply‑chain layout and overseas project coordination from leading auto OEMs; proven track record of building complete systems from scratch.
