- Manage sales and marketing and provide leadership for the achievement of max profitability growth - Plan and execute annual business for the BU, including finance, budgets, and resource needs. - Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy and sales aligned with company strategy - Leadership: develop a high-performance team of marketing/sales.

- Bachelor degree or above (MBA plus) - BU Head or Head of Sales/MKT experience in pharmaceutical industry (must) - Immunology/Dermatology commercial experience (high preferred) - New product launching and/or successful track records of commercial experience
