Supply chain specialist is responsible for managing the production planning and scheduling, maintaining, Creating the bill of materials and monitoring the delivery reliability and MPS flexibility. Optimizing Material & Inventory capability monitoring. This position also coordinates with the sales and purchasing departments to meet the customer needs.

• Demand Forecasting - Analyze forecast data and independently maintain material (MRP) and resource readiness • Production Planning - Establish adjusted production schedules to balance material supply with customer requirements • BOM Management: - Configure, update, and verify BOM accuracy for ongoing production orders. - Ensure that the BOM is accurate and complete and reflects the specifications and components of the products • Purchase Requisition Management: - Manage PR creation, track material delivery, and coordinate with procurement to avoid shortages • DIR Management: - Monitor daily production to ensure on-time delivery and actively troubleshoot operational delays • Process ImprovementActivities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational bottlenecks and implement process enhancements • SAP Production Data Management: - Maintain production data in SAP, resolve regular system discrepancies (e.g., COGI), and ensure data integrity and completeness of the data

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related field such as Supply Chain Planning, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing. • At least 3~5 years of work experience with production planning, Material planning and BOM management. • Experience in SAP PP, MM and WMS module a manufacturing environment. • English skills(Business level). • Proficiency in business software applications such as SAP & MS Office.

• Production planning experience is preferred. • Knowledgeable in production schedule, inventory, demand, capacity planning, and MRP / MPS. • Highly organized, detailed oriented, and self-motivated. • Good communication, problem-solving, collaboration, interpersonal, and quantitative skills.
