About the Role As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with business leaders to drive people strategies that support business growth and organizational effectiveness. You will play a key role in providing workforce insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and leading HR initiatives that enhance employee and organizational performance.

HR Business Partnering • Partner with business leaders and managers to understand business priorities, organizational challenges, and workforce needs. • Provide data-driven HR insights and recommendations to support people-related decision making. • Support organization design, workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives. • Collaborate with leaders on key talent discussions, succession planning, and development strategies. • Drive and execute HRBP initiatives, strategic HR programs, and business-critical projects. • Support organizational transformation and change management initiatives to improve business effectiveness. • Explore and apply AI-enabled and digital HR solutions to improve HR processes and decision-making.

Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in any discipline. • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources • Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across different levels of the organization. • Experience in Compensation & Benefits, including salary review, incentive planning, budget planning, and compensation governance. • Experience analyzing compensation data and conducting market benchmarking, and scenario simulations to support business and talent decisions. • Strong interest in AI, People Analytics, and digital HR trends, with hands-on experience applying data and technology to HR initiatives. • Ability to use AI to improve speed, quality, and efficiency across a broad range of day-to-day tasks. • Structures their work to use AI where it adds value, while personally handling actions that require judgment, context and expertise. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in the financial services, banking, insurance, or fintech industry. • Experience supporting organizational change, transformation, or talent management initiatives. • Professional working proficiency in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global HR teams.
