Reporting to the FP&A Manager, this role will assist in budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, and financial analysis while working closely with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced luxury beauty environment.

1. Financial Planning & Analysis - Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes. - Prepare financial reports and perform variance analysis against budget and forecast. - Assist with financial analysis and business performance reporting. 2. Monthly Closing & Reporting - Support monthly closing and financial reporting activities. - Prepare monthly management reports and reporting schedules. - Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data used for reporting and planning. 3. Business Support - Support financial analysis related to sales performance, operating expenses, and profitability for key brands and business units. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect financial information and support business reviews. 4. Financial Controls & Process Support - Support financial control activities and ensure compliance with company policies. - Maintain budgeting and reporting templates and assist in improving reporting processes. - Standardize internal reports to analyze financial data after SAP go-live.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. - 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, or Accounting. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Good understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Fluent in Korean and English.

- Experience in retail, beauty, luxury, or consumer goods is preferred. - ERP (SAP) experience is preferred.
