The Retail Operations Manager will be responsible for optimizing retail operations and ensuring strong store performance across the company’s brands. This role will drive operational excellence, enhance efficiency, and support store teams to deliver the highest standards of customer experience. Additionally, the role will contribute to overall retail management and store execution strategies.

1. Retail Operations & Process Optimization • Oversee and enhance retail operations to improve efficiency, customer experience, and store performance. • Develop and implement operational policies, ensuring consistency across all locations. • Collaborate with key internal teams to ensure seamless execution of retail strategies. • Support store teams with operational guidance and best practices. 2. Retail Performance & Business Support • Monitor and analyze store performance, identifying opportunities for optimization. • Work closely with store teams to support sales performance and customer engagement. • Ensure operational excellence in alignment with brand guidelines and market standards. • Provide insights and recommendations to improve retail execution. 3. Retail Expansion & Project Support • Assist in store openings, relocations, and renovations to ensure smooth execution. • Ensure compliance with operational standards and retail business requirements. • Support strategic retail initiatives as needed. 4. Reporting & Strategic Insights • Provide regular updates on operational performance and retail execution. • Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance store efficiency. • Work closely with the Commercial Director to support overall retail strategy.

• 8+ years of experience in retail operations, store management, or commercial functions within the luxury, beauty, or fashion industry. • Strong expertise in retail operations, store performance management, and operational efficiency. • Ability to collaborate across teams and drive operational improvements. • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Fluent in Korean; English proficiency is a strong advantage.

• Experience working with major department stores (Lotte, Shinsegae, Hyundai, Galleria) is a plus.
