The market contact for issues escalation with GBS/COE & provide support to organization by serving as a key issue integrator between AKL and GBS to ensure that local requirements are reflected in GBS processes, enhancing the overall employee experience. Support CFO for the organization overall governance and compliance of the internal controls, perform audit and partner with the Global Internal Audit function and oversee the execution and monitoring of Internal Audit recommendations, ensuring that corrective actions are implemented and effectively monitored. Support the business partner roles for Customer Services and After sales, to oversee and support the financial analysis and monitoring of the cost center operational and capital expenses, any ad-hoc financial simulation to support the decision making of the functions. Liaison with Tax COE for the ABO tax related matters and the external tax consultant to conduct the tax awareness briefing or the enquiries from ABO for the tax filing related matters Other ad-hoc matters as directed by the CFO or support other team members on the projects as assigned

Bachelor’s degree or above (Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred) 5~7 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Internal Controls, Audit, or a related field Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, cost management, and internal control processes Professional proficiency in English with strong communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, take ownership of assigned responsibilities, and work effectively with limited supervision
