• Drive the development and expansion of A&H inward reinsurance business in the Korean market • Provide technical consultation and advisory support to clients on product design, pricing, underwriting, and reinsurance structuring, as well as leading reinsurance contract negotiations • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and business partners to enhance market presence and identify new business opportunities • Promote cross-functional collaboration with regional and group teams to leverage expertise, align strategies, and support business growth • Lead, mentor, and develop internal team members, providing technical training and fostering knowledge sharing across departments

• At least fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in A&H inward reinsurance business lines, including business development (both traditional lines & structured solutions), underwriting, and pricing • Asia experience preferred (e.g., Korea, Taiwan, China, or Japan) • Research and development of innovative products • Experienced in client-facing roles and reinsurance contract negotiation • A results-driven, “can-do,” self-motivated individual and fast learner • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Strong marketing sense and a team player • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Fluent in English; native Korean speaker
