[Project Management & Execution] - Manage overall project quality, cost and timing. (QCD) - Coordinate key issues and cross-functional activities throughout each project phase. - Lead communication between OEM customers and internal stakeholders. - Track project financial performance, including cost control, margin management, and profitability optimization. - Support stable mass-production launch and ramp-up. - Execute LG Magna Gate-Phase Model

• Major : Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics • Experience - Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or leading development projects. - Understanding of automotive electronics development processes (e.g., APQP, PPAP). - Experience in customer RFQ/RFI response activities, new business acquisition, or proposal project management. Strong project management experience in scheduling, critical path monitoring, and timing risk assessment, enabling effective execution and achievement of program launch targets. - Strong business acumen with experience supporting quotation development and profitability-driven decision making. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal organizations. - Ability to manage multiple RFQs simultaneously while driving schedule alignment, issue resolution, and risk mitigation. - Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities. - Technical knowledge of Motor, Inverter or Drive Units (DU). • Language(English) - TOEIC Speaking level IH or above. - Business level English communication skills for customer engagement, global cross-functional collaboration, and international leadership. *Career experience and Essay must be written in English in the application form.
