Dermatology Lab is the team spearheading formulation development for Dr.G. Focusing on the development and commercialization of basic cosmetic formulations. We drives innovation in the cosmetics market through pioneering research activities such as securing new formulation technologies, drafting patents, and presenting at academic conferences. We aims to provide consumers with safe and differentiated products by combining scientifically grounded skin research with creative formulation technologies. [MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES] • 스킨케어 화장품을 개발해요. Develop skincare products. • 기초화장품 제형을 개발하고 제품화하며, 시장의 트렌드를 조사해요. Formulate and commercialize basic skincare products, and conduct market trend research. • 제형 및 제품 관련 특허를 내기 위해 자료를 작성하고, 학회에서 포스터를 만들어 발표해요. Prepare formulation- and product‑related patents and present posters at academic conferences. • 신규 제형 기술을 확보하고 응용 연구를 진행해요. Secure new formulation technologies and conduct applied research.

[QUALIFICATION & PREFERENCE] • 기초 화장품 제형 연구 경력을 최소 1년 이상 보유하신 분이 필요해요.(Junior‑to‑senior level) More than 3 years of experience in skin care cosmetic formulation research. (Mid‑to‑senior level) • 화학 및 화학 관련 전공자가 필요해요. (석사 이상 우대) Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry or a related field (Master's preferred) • 영어 커뮤니케이션이 가능해야 해요. Strong communication skills in English (Intermediate level of writing and speaking) • 리브온(Leave-on) 스킨케어 제형(크림, 에멀전, 세럼, 토너 등) 개발 경험을 보유하신 분을 우대해요. Experience in developing leave-on skincare formulations (ex. creams, emulsions, serums, toners) • ODM/OEM사 경력 혹은 협업 경험을 보유하신 분을 우대해요.
