As a Field Applications Engineer, you will work closely with customers as well as our internal Product Development, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to provide technical support and solutions.

PPAP 및 고객 승인원 프로세스의 단계별 진행사항 관리 및 Follow-up Serve as the communication window with BUs, sharing project updates and required information BU Communication Window 로서 프로젝트 진행사항 및 필요 정보 공유 OEM/Tier-1 Requirements: Analyze customer RFQs and SORs (Statement of Requirements), evaluate ES/MS engineering specifications, and drive spec-in activities. OEM/Tier-1 요구사항 검토: 고객사 RFQ 및 SOR 분석, ES/MS 규격 검토 및 Spec-in 대응 Reliability & Validation Support: Review environmental, electrical, and mechanical test specifications (e.g., USCAR, LV214, ES/MS) and provide technical support for problem-solving/root-cause analysis. 신뢰성/검증 지원: 환경/전기적/기계적 시험 사양(USCAR, LV214, ES/MS등) 검토/문제 해결 지원 ECR/ECN (Engineering Change Management): Handle design and technical change requests during both development and mass production phases. - Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunications, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field. 전기, 전자, 통신, 기계 또는 관련 공학 분야 학사 이상 - 5+ years of experience in Automotiveconnectors, wire harnesses, high-speed data transmission, or related automotive electronic components. Automotive 커넥터, 하네스(Wire Harness),고속 데이터 유관 및 커넥터유관 전장 부품 관련 경력 5 년 이상 - Deep understanding of automotive connector reliabilitystandardsand industry specifications (e.g., USCAR, LV214, ISO, and HKMC ES/MS specs). 자동차산업 규격 이해 (USCAR, LV214, ISO, HKMC spec) 등 커넥터 신뢰성 표준에 대한 이해 - Experience in technical sales support, including supporting customers to achieve Design Wins. 영업 기술지원및 고객사 Design Win 관련 업무 경험 - Working-level English communication skills, both written and verbal with global team 해외 관계사와이메일,전화 및 출장 시 업무 의사소통이 가능한 수준의 영어 능력 - Strong interpersonal and customer communication skills with theability to build effective customer relationships. 고객과원활하게 소통하고 관계를 구축할수 있는 역량 - Strong organizational and presentation skills for technical presentations to internal and external customers. 체계적인 업무 수행 능력 및 내·외부 고객 대상 기술 프레젠테이션 역량

- Experience with engineering/design or analysis tools such as CAD, Ansys, Pro/E, or SolidWorks is preferred. CAD, Ansys, Pro/E, SolidWorks등 설계 또는 해석 Tool 활용 가능자 우대
