Primary Duties and Responsibilities: (include but not limited to)
• Supports entire property and casino networking environment.
• Provides IT support for PMS, POS, Gaming Systems, PCs, printers, IP phones, Kiosk, tablets, smartphones and network related issues.
• Support In-room technology IT issues for Resort Guests in technical area such as In-room IPTV, IP phone, room tablets and Wi-Fi.
• Identifies and troubleshoots abnormalities of network issues to resolution using a range of diagnostic tools.
• Install and configure computing devices and software as required across Inspire Entertainment Resort and remote offices.
• Provide ongoing monitoring, performance tuning, implementation, and fault root cause analysis for systems under management. Ensures Service Level Objectives are met.
• Works closely with peers to ensure networks and telecommunications are maintained in an available environment.
• Communicate effectively with End users through email, phones and other channels as needed as part of support process in both Korean and English.
• Creation and maintenance of troubleshooting and operational documentation for all systems under management. Authors and peer-reviews knowledgebase articles documenting fault root causes and their respective resolutions.
• Carries and responds to off-hours communications device in order to provide 24x7 support for systems under management if needed.
• Continuous Improvement: Actively pursues opportunities, as an individual and as part of a group, to improve knowledge, tools and processes for systems under management.
• Promotes superior customer service to the Resort guest and to End users.
• PMS, POS, 카지노 시스템, PC, 프린터, IP 전화, 키오스크, 태블릿, 스마트폰 및 네트워크 관련 문제에 대한 IT 지원 제공.
• 객실 내 IPTV, IP 전화, 객실 태블릿 및 Wi-Fi와 같은 기술 분야에서 리조트 투숙객을 위한 객실 내 IT 문제 지원.
• 지원 프로세스의 일환으로 필요에 따라 이메일, 전화 및 기타 채널을 통해 최종 사용자와 효과적으로 의사 소통을 함.
• 야간 근무 및 휴일 근무를 포함한 다양한 교대근무와 유연한 근무가 가능해야 합니다.
