• Partner with the marketing team in Asia (KR and SEA) to create and implement our media strategies focusing on; audience first, innovative media plans and partnerships
• Lead day to day communication with agency partners and external media vendors to ensure Spotify objectives are clearly communicated
• Review all buys from media agency and media partners ensuring they are consistent with media strategy, in line with budget, flighted properly and executable based on production schedules
• Establish planning parameters, standard processes, and guidelines for Korea, as well as SEA initiatives
• Remain abreast of new and emerging platforms and the opportunities they represent, as well as changes in existing platforms that impact media performance
• Assess and propose enhancements based on campaign performance to optimize, measure success, and identify insights for future programs, as well as to ensure all plans are appropriately instrumented
• In partnership with the APAC Media Lead, support negotiation and execution of regional and/or global media deals, JBPs, and partnerships
• Use their knowledge of the varied media landscapes combined with our positioning in each market to support local markets to deliver best in class, locally nuanced media campaigns
• Be responsible for identifying, managing and driving multi-market tailored solutions and partnerships
• Partner with local Marketing teams & Media agency to deliver strategic solutions as well as tactical media plans
