• Partner with Human Resources Business Partners and teams to align HR delivery. • Manage and analyze HR cases, ensuring timely and accurate processing. • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, providing training as needed. • Monitor and escalate risk matters, engaging with relevant stakeholders. • Utilize HR tools to manage tasks and projects efficiently. • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members. • Prioritize tasks to enhance efficiency and productivity. • Commit to self-development and expand knowledge of HR processes.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • Fluent in English and Korean, with knowledge of Korean labor law. • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Strong analytical and quantitative skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Customer service-oriented with strong communication skills.
