KEY RESPONSABILITIES
As a Global Marketing Project Manager, your main responsibility will be to develop innovative products, renovate pillars-product for 3CE panier to ensure continued worldwide growth for the brand.
Your main missions will be to :
- Collect, compare and synthesis international market data relevant to their category (consumer, markets, competition, country, digital…), generate insights and suggest actions based on findings
- Develop new, different, better concepts consistent with the brand’s sense of purpose, by integrating consumer insights and trends
- Stay on top of Korean and international trends (beauty, fashion, lifestyle) to fuel innovation ideas. Interpret the trends into product concepts with a creative and ownable angle.
- Ideate, scout and develop new product innovations that set the trends, disrupt the category and remain consumer-centric, working closely with lab and industry partners to bring ideas & concept to real life products.
- Orchestrate the product development process including monitoring the departments involved to ensure the project’s operational excellence
- Assist in the development of creative material in line with the brand’s integrated-communication platform (imagery, digital, point of sale), working closely with departments involved (communication, digital, retail, etc…) to create an integrated, engaging and consistent consumer brand experience
- Write country implementation kits providing advice and recommendations on the marketing mix
- Exchange constantly with the zones and strategic countries for their category, provide them with support during product launches and ensure follow-up of go-to-market
- Effectively prepare clear messages to present to senior management
