1. Supply Chain and Order (Watch/Strap/Acc) Management
- Monitoring from forecast to delivery to stock to sales, stock rebalancing, analysis & recommendations to reach optimum stock availability at the BTQ and POS level.
- Monitor stock returns, to have them executed in time, and in the most efficient way for the teams involved
- Manage leather strap order from all network
- Oversee the catalog update with HQ
- Manage Acc/Spare parts orders for all network ; Spare parts including buckles.
2. Product Strategy Plan and Sales Performance Follow up
- Provide the sales performance in developing and executing watch sales strategy thru local market analysis with comprehensive study on client behaviours, market trends, product attributes & etc.
- Organize and local product community and monitor airtable status
- Demand & Supply management by closely communicating with BTQ staff for their wish list, target and monitoring both daily & monthly assortment
- Daily updating stock list and balancing the assortment
- Monitor strategic categories sales and share progress analysis regularly with the management for further optimization
3. Wholesale Business Operations Management
- Support Wholesale & Duty free boutiques operation
- Set the sales target for wholesale & DF boutiques
- Set the Wholesale boutiques objectives and strategy to achieve the target and KPIs
- Analyse Wholesale business performance and develop strategy to approach the goal
- Monitor Wholesale Boutiques to adapt operation policy in Group and Maison guidelines
4. Wholesale Sales (Sell-in/ Sell-out) Management
- Propose the sell-in to Wholesale & Duty free partners with the right product at the right time
- Monitor the supply - demand lists for proper management of firm orders
- Manage stock maintenance in Booster ; Serial number discrepancy, stock transfer and stock reception related issues
- Regularly monitor the external boutique and duty free sell-in/out and review return/buyback if needed
- Monitor the sales achievement versus the budget/targets and take necessary actions accordingly
- Organize returns and buyback amounts
5. Omni-Channel Management
- Collaborate with Richemont Digital team & E-commerce team, local DC to boost the sales in omni-channel
- Manage Online order and cancellation in collaboration with Retail & Merchandising team
- Manage and Support the online stock
- Ensuring validations to be aligned with internal control policy
