자격 요건
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, real estate, facilities management.
• Minimum of 1 years' experience in facilities management preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Must be comfortable with travel and change in work location to provide client services and leading communications with client as needed.
• Mid-high standard of written and verbal English is essential.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues
• Demonstrated high level of self-direction and decision making.
• Require in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate complex figures and to forecast and prepare budgets.
• Work well under pressure and to fixed deadlines.
• Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management, and various groups.
• Ability to domestic business travel when required
