Asset Management:
• Manage the facility's assets, including equipment, machinery, and inventory.
• Develop and maintain an asset tracking system to monitor asset condition, maintenance history, and replacement schedules.
• Plan and budget for asset repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
Space Planning and Utilization:
• Optimize the use of available space to support efficient operations.
• Coordinate office reconfigurations, moves, and expansions.
• Ensure compliance with space regulations and ergonomic standards.
Vendor Management:
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers.
• Negotiate contracts, review service agreements, and monitor vendor performance.
• Coordinate services such as maintenance, security, cleaning, and landscaping.
Team management
• Lead and supervise a team of facility personnel, including technicians, custodial staff, and administrative staff.
• Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a high-performing team.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Budgeting and Financial Management:
• Develop and manage the facility's operating budget.
• Track expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement cost control measures.
• Prepare financial reports and provide regular updates to management.
Environmental Sustainability:
• Promote and implement sustainable practices within the facility.
• Identify energy-saving opportunities, waste management programs, and water conservation measures.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
Emergency Preparedness:
• Develop and implement emergency response plans.
• Coordinate with emergency services and conduct regular drills.
• Maintain emergency equipment and supplies.
Tenant or Employee Services:
• Provide support services to facility occupants.
• Address maintenance requests, coordinate office relocations, manage parking facilities, and ensure a clean and comfortable working environment.
Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and monthly reports related to facility operations, maintenance activities, safety incidents, and compliance records.
