Hiring Department: Global Workplace Solutions Working Location: On-site at client premises in Yeouido JOB SUMMARY The purpose of this position is to provide building maintenance and office administration support to company managed buildings.

주요업무

• Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety. • Create work orders and ensure that work orders are closed. • Review and Analyzes assigned work orders by size, urgency, skill set, location, complexity, and available manpower;. Coordinates the engagement and direction of appropriate subcontractors. • Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance. Completes maintenance and repair records as required. • Assists with installation and modification of building equipment systems. • Develop, maintain and distribute work flow processes to the entire account team documenting how work is planned, scheduled and executed. • Works with management team to optimize the mixes of: planned and scheduled work, scheduled (but not planned) work, and unscheduled work. • Assists with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems to include: plumbing systems, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, shop, and HVAC. • Inspects new installation for compliance with building codes and safety regulations. • Maintains lighting systems throughout the facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps. • Performs welding, carpentry, furniture assembly and locksmith tasks as needed. • Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed. • Determines appropriate predictive maintenance tasks. Trains the work force in the use of predictive maintenance techniques. Analyzes predictive maintenance data for trends. Initiates corrective actions as appropriate. • Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Required. Minimum of four years of related experience and/or training. COMMUNICATION SKILLS • Basic English proficiency
