JOB DESCRIPTION This position supervises and manages the administrative and operational day-to-day activities for defined business lines on a local and/or regional basis. Operations may include: Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Research, Marketing, Facilities, and Administration. In partnership with local senior management, implements local strategic vision. Assures implementation of national operational strategies and coordinates efforts to integrate company services for clients, both internally and externally. Responsible for management of one or more offices.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manages and supports the work experience operations in conjunction with regional/corporate work place team. With local and divisional senior management, acts as a business partner for efficient and strategic operations of a local office handling day-to-day issues as they arise. 1. Workplace Experience Support • Delivers great experience at highest level of hospitality services, meeting customer needs and exceeding expectations, maintaining standards, elevating delight and removing obstacles. • Ensure employee engagement (meet and greet) and provide to end user support based on their needs (human engagement). • Champions the end-user experience in any Flexible Working environment; supporting & owning its expected outcomes • Protects the privacy and security of the clients, colleagues and the bank’s confidential information and assets by ensuring the bank’s security access control policies & procedures are adhered to • Assists the Experience leadership team with general administrative support including invoice processing, travel arrangements, expense reporting, etc. Requests building and/or equipment services as needed. • Manages accuracy, production, quality and retention of program materials; which may include administration of SharePoint sites or similar. • Ensures client and company materials comply with client and company brand guidelines. • Utilizes and maintains integrity of databases and other digital tools associated with service delivery, as requested. • Ensures safety standards are met by those delivering workplace experience services; whether company employees or third-party service providers • Performs other duties as assigned such as - Regular event and campaign support for client - Wellness project support - Sustainability project support - “New normal” campaign such as “Return to Work “ as WX perspective - F&B workplan support 2. HO Receptionists Service quality management – Daily rounding & regular CS training 3. Manage to maintain Gold level Janitorial service for HO – regular inspection needed 4. Customer Satisfaction survey regular meeting & action plan follow up 5. GMP management support– Reception service & Cleaning/Pest

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university. Minimum of more than 5 years of related experience or minimum of 4 plus years experience including two years of management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience managing office operations in a customer-focused service firm with multi-location structure. Knowledge of Finance, HR, staff management facilities management, Information Technology, and Market Research. 2. COMMUNICATION SKILLS • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal and external clients. Ability to effectively present information. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues. 3. REASONING ABILITY • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills. 4. OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES • Ability to manage, extract bulk date in Excel. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other software. Knowledge of real.
