Primary duties:
• Supports the overall site administrative needs of 90~100 employee site (50%) and assist with implementing the site’s continuous improvements programs (50%), such as the “Level Up” initiatives (Employee Engagement Improvements, Vision of Site Planning, Office 6S, etc.)
• Collaborates closely with other site administrators and assistants to ensure efficient workflow.
• Arranges logistics for internal and external events, including scheduling business meetings, travel arrangements, and
managing expenses.
• Coordinating team-building events, and business and customer meeting logistics.
• Provides support where site administrative needs (general admin and employee support).
• Plans, organizes, develops, and schedules the site activities in alignment with site level up plans and organizational focus/mission.
• Supports Site Director with meeting scheduling, travel planning & booking, expenses, and special projects as assigned.
• Supporting facilities/building activities as needed such as submitting occasional/routine documents requests and ensuring office supplies are in stock.
• Prepares and submits weekly reports on site activities, summarizing key metrics and trends.
